Due to the nature of fragrance products, we follow a limited return policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. The product received is damaged
  2. The product received is incorrect

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide photos or videos of the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  1. Used products
  2. Opened perfumes
  3. Change of mind

This policy ensures hygiene and product authenticity for all customers.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  2. Processing may take 5–7 business days

4. Replacement

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we may offer:

  1. Replacement product
  2. Refund
